We are seeking a Remote Sales Associate who will be responsible for introducing and educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. This role requires a candidate who is people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately.Guide clients through enrollment and claims processes.Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions.Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
