Our client, a distinguished After School childcare company located in various locations in North Calgary is seeking Early Childhood Educators to join their team.Responsibilities:Provide a daily balance of active/quiet, indoor/outdoor, and individual/group activities.Ensure childcare regulations are adhered to.Lead children's activities and observe child development and progress.Foster positive relationships and communication with parents and caregivers.Support structured programs while creating safe and engaging environments for the children.Work closely with other educators and childcare staff to create a productive learning environment.Light cleaning and other administrative tasks as required.Qualifications:Previous experience working with children.A positive, enthusiastic, patient attitude with the ability interact with children in an encouraging, and engaging manner.Self-starter who takes initiative to add to the classroom.Warm and caring individual who loves children.Must have completed the Alberta Level 1 Early Childhood Educator Certificate.A vulnerable sector check is required.If you have completed your ECE, Social Work or Psychology degree/diploma, enjoy working with children and are looking to gain experience and expand your knowledge in a well-established and respectable company, apply nowPlease check out our website at www.eqstaffingsolutions.com to view all our job postings.
