**Job Summary**
Our co-ed Brand Ambassador team will support the Ottawa Senators at community events throughout the Greater Ottawa region and at home games as required. We are looking for positive and professional individuals who can showcase their passion for the Ottawa Senators by engaging with fans and guests

This is a part-time casual role based upon the organization’s event and hockey calendar which will include weekday, evening and/or weekend events.

**Main Responsibilities**
**Off-Site Events (Primary Role)**
- Work in pairs or in a team.
- Responsible for following event sheet details regarding event set up and tear down and completing tasks on time.
- Interact with fans within the community in a professional manner, initiating conversations about the Ottawa Senators, community programs and ticket opportunities.
- Collect fan data through Senators digital platform(s).
- Answer routine questions related to team, hockey and/or venue.
- Be comfortable hosting or acting as emcee for events such as Senators watch parties or community events.
- Provide a fun, engaging experience at all events promoting a positive experience with the Ottawa Senators brand.

**Hockey Games (Secondary Role, As Required)**
- Work in pairs or in a team.
- Attend pre-event meeting to gain instructions on activities and how they will be executed.
- Responsible for following event sheet details regarding event set up and tear down.
- Interact with thousands of fans on a game night, initiating conversations and executing contests and promotions.
- Answer routine questions related to the team, hockey and venue as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Outgoing and confident personality - Your enthusiasm for the team and the city should be next level You will be representing the Ottawa Senators brand throughout the community and should feel comfortable initiating conversations, collecting data and speaking to large groups of people.
- Strong work ethic - Our industry is fast-paced, and troubleshooting will be essential. We need hardworking individuals who can take initiative while exercising appropriate judgement with little supervision
- Great energy and positive attitude - As a Brand Ambassador you represent the organization in a positive and professional manner. Our Brand Ambassadors love the team, the city, and our fans
- 18 years or older
- Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset
- Open to learning new technology
- Valid Ontario G Class driver's license and provide a clean driver’s abstract
- Able to lift a minimum of 20lbs
- Stand up to 8 hours at a time
- Able to work weekdays, evenings and/or weekends
