Collision Solutions is looking to add another member to our family. We are looking for an Automotive Prepper/Painter. We are a shop that's available to take care of a straight time technician or a flat rate technician. Salary: Will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant. Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform sanding, masking, priming, and sealing of repaired surfaces.
- Mix and match paint to ensure accurate color matching.
- Inspect and ensure the final finish meets quality standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures for safety and environmental compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in minor bodywork when required.
- Perform quality control inspections before and after painting.
- Work collaboratively with prep and body technicians to ensure workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years experience in automotive refinishing or painting.
- Red Seal Certification or Journeyman.
- Proficient in color mixing/tint and blending techniques.
- Familiarity with waterborne and solvent-based paint systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer - no sponsorship is available now or in the future.
