Lac Ste. Anne County is currently recruiting to fill two positions for Grader Operators.

**Responsibilities**

Primary duties include Grader Operations in various areas of Lac Ste Anne County**.**

**Qualifications**
- Previous Grader Operations is considered an asset.
- Must be adaptable and versatile and possess good communication skills.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work independently and efficiently.
- Must possess sound knowledge of, and commitment to, all aspects of a safe work environment, as well as a willingness to take and follow direction.
- Must provide a driver’s abstract. Employees are required to provide their own transportation.
- CSA-approved steel-toed boots are required for this position.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum completed high school diploma or equivalent (GED); post-secondary education in a related field considered an asset.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly communicate complex and technical information.
- Strong customer relation skills and the ability to interact with the general public on a daily basis.
- Must be well-organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

This position is part of the Canadian Union of Public Employees.

**Hours of Work**: 44 hours per week.
**Term**:Full Time - Permanent

**Salary**: $31.47-$33.50 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
