**Job Summary**:
The Oracle EPM Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EPM systems. This role involves ensuring system availability, performance, and security, as well as supporting end-users and collaborating with IT and business teams to implement and enhance EPM solutions.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **System Administration**:

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance.
- Perform regular system backups and recovery processes.
- Manage user access and security settings.
- Implement patches and updates to maintain system integrity and security.
- **Application Support**:

- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve EPM-related issues.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance system utilization and efficiency.
- **Collaboration and Implementation**:

- Work closely with finance, IT, and other business units to understand their requirements and provide EPM solutions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for specialized support and development projects.
- **Data Management**:

- Manage data integration processes between Oracle EPM and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the EPM systems.
- Develop and maintain data validation and reconciliation processes.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify and address potential issues.
- Implement performance tuning and optimization techniques to enhance system efficiency.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive financial and operational data.

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Oracle EPM Administrator or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM products (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Close Management, etc.)
- Experience in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational performance management processes
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages for automation and data integration
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle EPM Cloud Certification) are a plus.

**Security Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR**:
Position requires the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
