**Position Overview**:
We’re hiring a motivated and customer-focused **Sales Associate** to help connect clients with the right vehicle. This role is **commission-based** with **total flexibility**—you can work on-site at our dealership or remotely from wherever you’re most productive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and follow up on leads
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain ongoing communication
- Ensure all sales comply with OMVIC and dealership standards
- Ensure vehicles you are responsible are in top shape, ready to present to the customers.

**Requirements**:

- **OMVIC license required
- If you don't have an OMVIC license, we can assist you.**:

- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive or related fields)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- English knowledge is mandatory, French is highly preferred.
