**Overview**

About the Role:DuctDudes is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Client Experience Coordinator to join our growing team. This remote position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a background in sales and customer service, and a solid understanding of the Greater Vancouver area.You’ll be the key point of contact for new and returning clients, helping them move smoothly from inquiry to quote to completed service. You’ll also help manage the schedule, invoice clients, and follow up on outstanding payments.

**Responsibilities**

Convert incoming service requests into detailed quotes.

Follow up on quotes to build rapport and secure bookings

Schedule jobs and manage the work calendar for optimal efficiency

Invoice clients and follow up on accounts receivable (AR)

Participate in 1-2 weekly meetings with the owner for coaching and alignment

Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads or engage potential clients

Occasionally attend on-site sales assessments (primarily commercial).

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years in sales and customer service roles
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling multiple inbound platforms and coordinating a dynamic schedule
- Solid knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc).
- Fluent English speaker required; Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is an asset
- Strong familiarity with Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver Area
- Highly organized and self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting
- **Bonus if you have**:

- Experience in home services, HVAC, or trades-related sales
- Prior use of CRMs or scheduling software
- Experience in B2B or commercial client relations

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
