We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Bartender/Server to join our team for a hybrid role between our Brampton and Bolton locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and delivering outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with food safety standards
- Take customer orders for both food and drinks, and provide helpful recommendations
- Host and greet guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and food prep area
- Follow all food safety, beverage handling, and sanitation procedures
- Check customer ID to verify age requirements for alcohol service
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Provide friendly, proactive service to ensure a great overall experience

**Requirements**:

- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Food Handler Certificate (required or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in bartending, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage both food and beverage service
- Cash handling experience and basic math skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Availability to work a mix of shifts at both Brampton and Bolton locations, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
