**What we need**:
You will be conducting, data collection, and reporting needs for waste benchmarking services conducted by RTS. This position will be required to travel to a variety of provinces and cities, with the primary work location being in Ontario - 80% of this role will require travel. You will work with the Sustainability Benchmarking Specialist for assigned projects and will ensure that the waste audit is conducted according to the RTS safety and audit methodology. or Ontario regulation 102 audits according to that standard and pr RCO certification requirements, data is recorded and analyzed and draft the reports. RTS has COVID-19 protocols and specific client protocols that must be adhered to.
Other duties may be assigned on an as needed basis.

**What you will be doing**:
- Conduct Ontario Regulation 102 audits and drafted corresponding reports.
- Promote methodology, policies and procedures to ensure standardized, industry leading waste benchmarks are conducted according to RTS protocols.
- Advocate for resources needed to facilitate these services in a professional manner.
- Create accurate and detailed reports for clients and management.
- Coordinate with RTS data analytics to track and maintain data, then review data and create reports for clients.
- Manage data and report drafting for services conducted.
- Attend client meetings to review and discuss findings, recommendations and assist as needed with implementation.

- “Must Have” Skills/Experience:_
- 2+ years of customer service experience;
- Clear written and verbal English;
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, maintains a positive frame of mind and sets an example of professionalism for other employees;
- Adept at handling change and maintaining a professional, mature presence;
- Demonstrated organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Hands-on team player with excellent people skills;
- Ability to task-switch while maintaining highest standards of accuracy and quality;
- Detail oriented and accurate in execution, ability to work well under pressure and with mínimal supervision;
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Computer Skills - Familiar with PC operating systems, Microsoft Applications including PowerPoint, Word and an above average utilization of Excel;
- Minimum 50 WPM typing speed
- “Nice to Have” Skills/Experience:_
- TRUE Zero Waste Advisor preferred
- Knowledge of waste industry and sustainable waste management concepts and other waste related issues a plus
