Logistics Analyst

Browns Shoes, a family-owned business established in Montreal in 1940, now with 70 stores across Canada, is synonymous with top international designer collections, luxurious leather goods, and exclusive street savvy fashion for ladies, men and children.
Browns is looking for a highly motivated Logistics Analyst that will strive to efficiently improve crucial aspects of our operations. Our distribution center is constantly evolving and possesses a highly sophisticated automated storage and retrieval system allowing efficient replenishment of all stores across Canada, as well as fulfilling all customer omnichannel orders.
**Responsibilities**
- Establish and monitor logistics key performance indicators.
- Evaluate new technologies to continuously improve our operations and further automate the distribution center operations.
- Participate in the distribution center expansion projects.
- Participates in the implementation of the ship from store project.
- Ensure fast and efficient fulfillment of omnichannel and store orders.
- Ensure inventory accuracy within the distribution center.
- Work with key projects stakeholders across departments and levels in the organization.
- Assist and participate in other Logistics department special projects.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics Engineering or equivalent
- 1+ years working experience.
- Bilingualism (Spoken and written French/English).
- Organization, efficiency, and multitasking.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strong business sense.
- Ability to independently move projects forward and see them through to completion.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex challenges in a clear and concise manner.
**Experience**
- Experience Excel / SQL queries.
- Experience with AutoCAD, reading drawings and layouts.
- Experience with the following types of software (ERP, WMS, WCS, OMS, BI, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience in designing warehousing layouts and procedures.
- Experience with implementing new and modifying existing processes, and accounting for change management.
- Experience in retail, logistics or warehousing.

Notre centre de distribution est constamment en évolution et possède un système automatisé hautement sophistiqué permettant un réapprovisionnement efficace de tous les magasins à travers le Canada, ainsi que l'exécution de toutes les commandes omnicanales des clients.
**Responsabilités**
- Établir et suivre des indicateurs de performances clés de la logistique.
- Évaluer les nouvelles technologies afin d'améliorer continuellement nos opérations et d'automatiser davantage les opérations du centre de distribution.
- Participer aux projets d’expansion du centre de distribution.
- Participer dans l’implantation de l’expédition à partir des magasins.
- Assurer une exécution rapide et efficiente des commandes omnicanal et des commandes des magasins.
- Assurer la précision de l’inventaire dans le centre de distribution.
- Travailler avec les parties prenantes des projets dans plusieurs départements et niveaux de l'organisation.
- Assister et participer à d’autres projets du département de logistique.
**Exigences**
- Baccalauréat en génie industriel, en génie logistique, en gestion des opérations ou équivalent.
- 1+ ans d'expérience professionnelle.
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais parlé et écrit).
- Organisation, efficacité et multitâche.
- Personne très analytique, orientée vers le détail et ayant un sens des affaires très développé.
- Sens aigu de l'analyse et du détail, sens aigu des affaires.
- Capacité à faire avancer les projets de manière autonome et à les mener à bien.
- Capacité à analyser et à résoudre des problèmes complexes de manière claire et concise.
**Expérience**
- Expérience avec Excel et les requêtes SQL.
- Expérience avec AutoCAD et la lecture et compréhension des plans.
- Expérience avec les logiciels suivants (ERP, WMS, WCS, OMS, BI-Tableau ou PowerBI).
- Expérience dans la conception de processus et de disposition pour centre de distribution.
- Expérience d’implémentation de nouveaux processus et de modifications de ceux existants, en prenant en compte la gestion du changement.
- Expérience dans vente au détail, en logistique ou en centre de distribution.
