Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at The Flats Eatery + Drink. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a collaborative team, we would love to hear from you.

Job duties:

- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchen is preferred
- Capable of safety handling knives and other kitchen tools
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and protocols
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
