**General Duties Include**:

- Facilitate a welcoming, interesting, and uplifting store atmosphere.
- Building relationships with customers, team-mates, and industry professionals.
- Assist customers in navigating the various consumption methods, product lines, brands, and strains to find the appropriate product while ensuring all the regulatory frameworks and applicable laws are followed.
- Processing sales using a POS system.
- Stocking & general merchandising of product.
- General cleaning duties
- Continuously expanding on industry related knowledge
- Assisting Mgmt in tasks related to the daily operations of the shop.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 19+
- Must have valid Selling it Right Certification
- Must have previous customer service experience.
- Experience / good knowledge base of cannabis preferred.
- Previous Budtender experience an asset.
