**The Role**

This position is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is eager to grow with the company and take ownership in multiple areas of business operations.

**E-Commerce & Marketing**
- Manage and update our Wix-based online store
- Create and implement marketing strategies to drive online traffic and sales
- Handle product listings, bulk uploads, and inventory sync
- Design digital and print marketing materials (ads on all social media platforms)
- Monitor website performance and analytics to optimize results

**Business Operations**
- Work closely with the sales team to execute strategic growth plans
- Support administrative tasks, record-keeping, and client communications

**What We’re Looking ForCore Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience with leadership potential
- Trilingual: Fluent in **English, Cantonese, and Mandarin** (spoken & written)
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft, Photoshop, Google analysis, TIKTOK, Red, Instagram
- Excellent time management and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

**E-Commerce / Wix Requirements**
- Proficiency in **WIX**:

- Experience with checkout customization, payment gateways, and site security
- Solid understanding of **SEO, Google Analytics**, and online marketing tools
- Knowledge of API integration, CRM, and third-party apps
- Ability to optimize site speed and implement security updates

Work Location: In person

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
