**Position Summary**

**Job Structure**

This is a full-time hourly wage position. Work schedule includes weekends and holidays as required. Paid vacation accrual at 4%. Health insurance plan is included after 6 months of full-time employment and life insurance benefits are available.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and assemble cold food items according to recipes such as salads, dips and flat breads.
- Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are strictly followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely meal preparation.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a kitchen environment
- Strong knife skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in food industry or specialty grocery store preferred
- Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 44 per week
