**Duties**
- Conduct engaging and interactive lessons in vocal techniques, piano, and guitar.
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and goals.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their musical skills and confidence.
- Organize student performances and recitals to showcase their progress.
- Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
- Stay updated on music trends and teaching methodologies to continually improve instructional techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in vocal performance, piano, and guitar is essential.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for teaching is crucial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students of all ages.
- A degree in Music Education or related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to inspire students and foster a love for music through innovative teaching methods.
