Retraine Fitness is a private, high-performance studio specializing in strength, hypertrophy, and body transformation. We deliver results-driven, science-based training with an emphasis on precision cueing, individualized program design, and creating a motivating environment.

We’re looking for a female personal trainer to join our team—someone driven, professional, and ready to grow their client base inside a premium studio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver one-on-one training tailored to each client’s goals.
- Design progressive programs focused on strength, hypertrophy, and body recomposition.
- Provide expert cueing to maximize technique and neuromuscular connection.
- Track client progress and adjust programs for continued results.
- Maintain a professional and inspiring training environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT, CSEP, NASM, or equivalent). Solid knowledge of hypertrophy and strength training principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused.
- Currently only hiring a **female** for this role due to client demand.

**Compensation**:

- 50% revenue share per session.
- No overhead—studio space and equipment provided.
- Clients may be provided through Retraine's lead generation.
- Extremely generous compensation, plus bonuses based on sales, performance and retention.
