The Home Health Care Assistant reports to the Front Store Manager. The Home Health Care Assistant will assist in promoting the store within the community and work with others to deliver a seamless customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive work environment
- Exceptional computer skills
- Communicate clearly and openly with customers
- Provide compassionate service for clients coming into the store requesting products
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Process customer transactions
- Restock shelves with products
- Maintain product displays
- Billing products through AADL
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- The successful applicant should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in retail Home Health Care, superior customer service skills, along with a passion for working with the elderly.
- Your ability to grow our business and increase awareness through developing a solid client base will be key to your success.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience on shipping and receiving
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient computer and data entry skills
- Willing to be trained for compression sock fitting
- Merchandising experience is an asset
- Retail experience is an asset
