Excelsior Kitchens Limited is an industry leader in the manufacturing and installation of high-end custom cabinetry for single and multi-family homes in the greater Vancouver area and we are looking for top quality individuals to join our team.

Excelsior Kitchens is now under new management, and we are committed to building an environment that is fast paced, rewarding and build on teamwork.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Lead, Manage and hold install teams accountable.
- Attend meetings with Site Superintendents.
- Assist the Administrative team with obtaining details regarding door swings, delivery dates, special instructions for drivers.
- Site walk throughs to ensure rough ins are to manufacture specifications.
- Be present on deliveries to ensure the cabinets are placed in correct suites, report any damages or missing items.
- Site walk throughs after installation to report any deficiencies.
- Regular site visits to ensure project is running smoothly, and to assist with executing deliveries and installations.
- Ability to work with numerous contractors and sub-contractors in an efficient manner.
- Be the liaison between the client and Excelsior Kitchens.
- COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years experience working in related field.
- Ability to prepare reports using Word and/or Excel.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Very self-motivated and able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills.
- Have a strong ability to plan, prioritize and execute.
- Ability to respond appropriately in pressure situations with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work with a variety of trades and professionals.
- Have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for traveling to sites as required.

Work week:
Monday - Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, may require some overtime.

Wage: Depending on Experience.

**Benefits**:
