**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and provide guidance to brokers, account managers, and administrative staff to ensure the highest standards of service are met.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring workflow efficiency and meeting business objectives.
- Train and mentor staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet client needs and comply with industry standards.
- Support the team in handling client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Ensure the office adheres to all insurance industry regulations and internal company policies.
- Stay up to date with insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and industry trends
- Embody the values of Youngs Insurance

**Requirements**:

- Valid RIBO license in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of insurance products
- Experience in office management
- Commercial services background

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
