CP Distributors has a current opening for an ambitious **Quality Assurance/Quality Control (**QA/QC) and Project Process Strategist **in our** Saskatoon Corporate location**.

The position is **full-time** and, for a highly motivated professional, has tremendous growth opportunities.
In this newly created position, the QA/QC and Project Process Strategist will foster a culture of continuous and consistent improvement in the planning, design, and implementation of CPD Projects from inception to close out.
As a **QA/QC and Project Process Strategist**, you will be responsible to:
- Strengthen and support QA/QC processes across all CPD branches
- Define, communicate, and periodically review performance standards and metrics
- Produce and distribute regular status reports
- Develop and implement a Shop Production Schedule to be used by all branches on the same platform
- Monitor projects, create, and contribute to a comprehensive database for quality assessment and close out process
- Assist Production Centre Management with the creation of a production schedule and process for adding new projects
- Assist Project Managers in developing quality control plans, managing non-conformance reports, identifying project site risks and discrepancies, and documenting findings
- Assist in overseeing the development and implementation of project teams
- Implement and Monitor KPIs while maintaining accountability for communicating results to the organization.
- Actively build and maintain cohesive and collaborative working relationships with peers
**Your Experience**:
- Capable of creating and reviewing technical documentation, including project plans, test procedures and design documents
- Demonstrated ability to develop, review and maintain metrics and quality audits
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Skilled at planning, organizing, developing, and implementing programs, goals, policies, and procedures
- Post-Secondary certificate/diploma/degree In Business or related technical field preferred
**Your Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with internal and external clients
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and able to travel between job sites and to various CP locations throughout Canada
