Victoria Village, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving older adults, is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Development to lead and implement all fundraising and development initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by building a sustainable and thriving culture of philanthropy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive fundraising strategies.
- Oversee programs including direct mail, annual giving, monthly donors, and online campaigns.
- Identify, cultivate, and steward major donors, including managing a high-level donor portfolio.
- Plan and execute signature fundraising events and donor engagement initiatives.
- Research, write, and manage grant proposals and corporate sponsorships.
- Promote and oversee planned giving opportunities, ensuring donor satisfaction.
- Supervise development staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and goal-driven team.
- Work closely with the Executive Director and Board to align fundraising with organizational priorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5-7 years of progressive development experience, with proven results in key fundraising areas.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience with donor databases (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Strategic and creative thinker with a passion for relationship-building.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.

How to Apply

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
