**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications and recipes.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager regarding daily tasks and special requests.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for cooking and a desire to learn new culinary skills within the food industry.

Pay: $15.21-$18.00 per hour
