**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items on the grill, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including equipment and utensils.
- Monitor food temperatures to ensure proper cooking and food safety compliance.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all food handling procedures to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination.
- Help with inventory management by reporting any shortages or needed supplies.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on grilling techniques and food safety practices.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, particularly grilling, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$21.59 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
