**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising the team of 10+ staff on shift & ensure the team is on task, following store timelines
- Keeping teammates accountable to store checklists and procedures
- Maintaining a high level of customer experience
- Daily and monthly inventory & food ordering
- Quality control food items
- Administrative tasks such as recording daily sales, tips and invoice filing
- Creating weekly schedules and approving time clocking
- Conducting interviews, hiring and developing new talent

**What we’re looking for**:

- Someone with 1+ years of food service experience
- Someone who is friendly, responsible and has an enthusiastic attitude
- Someone that loves to help and serve others (both customers and team members)
