**Job Summary**: Join our team as a Sales Associate at Bloomstar In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of our floral store, helping customers find the perfect arrangements and products to brighten their days. You’ll provide exceptional service, maintain a welcoming and organized environment, and support smooth daily operations. If you have a passion for flowers and a knack for retail, we’d love to have you on our team

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer Service**: Welcome customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide tailored recommendations.
- ** Sales Operations**: Ring up transactions, process payments, handle refunds, and promote discounts or loyalty programs.
- ** Store Maintenance**: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing with attractive merchandise displays.
- ** Inventory Support**: Manage product orders, unpack shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Passion for flowers and creating memorable customer experiences.
