Being a Guest Service Agent is all about personality, having a high level of customer service - working with customers should be natural - either you enjoy it or you do not - this can not be trained. Being the main contact for all our guests the applicant must take pride in their professional attire, professional attitiude, maintaining a professional environment as well have fun and enjoy the daily interections of being part of an amzing hotel and team.

The guest service agent is responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment of the guests’ first contact with the hotel until the time they depart the hotel. This includes; greeting the guest, making reservations, performing all check in and check out functions, proper disbursement of keys and informing guests about hotel amenities, facilities and services. You are also required to accommodate guest requests, answer telephones, and handle cash and credit card transactions.

A strong customer satisfaction disposition is mandatory
