Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, is currently looking for a Coffee Shop Manager to join our team based in the Barrhead, Alberta Freson Bros. - Coffee Shop Kiosk.

**Qualifications**:

- Focused on Hospitality Excellence
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store Team Members
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Focused on active listening
- Experience with food preparation and serving is preferred
- Excels in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (i.e. evenings, weekends and holidays)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Create a welcoming and inviting environment for customers
- Answer questions, accept orders, and process payments for customers
- Prepare food and drink orders according to standard recipes or customizations
- Maintain a clean and organized work space and overall kiosk appearance
- Lead the Coffee Shop team with:

- Updating signage and displays
- Tracking and replenishing inventory of products and ingredients
- Train, develop and motivate Coffee Shop Team Members
- Resolve customer and Coffee Shop department concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience

**Position Details**:

- Position Type: Full Time
- Salary Details: $40,000 - 45,000 / year
- Work Environment: Barrhead, AB
- Hours of Operation: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday-Sunday
