**What you will do**:

- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all rotating and associated equipment, including valves, pumps, motors, turbine and/or PD meters, sampling systems, relief systems, and other mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate activities with Supervisors, Planners/Schedulers, other Mechanical Technicians, Electricians, CCO, Regional Support, contractors, and PLM to plan, schedule, and complete all work safely, efficiently, and effectively.
- Complete and stay current on all required safety and technical training.
- Maintain facilities for cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Assist Electrical, Operation, PLM Technicians and project teams as required.
- Maintain facility records and update drawings as required.
- Align with all company policies and procedures.

**Who you are**:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Mechanical Technician Diploma/Certificate from an established technical program, and/or a Journeyman Certificate in a Mechanical Field.
- Essential computer skills to work with existing and developing programs such as Maximo, MS Office, and a variety of equipment analysis interfaces and dataloggers.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driver abstract.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- A firm allegiance to safety with a deep understanding of safe operating practices and emergency response procedures.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position requires an adaptable schedule to accommodate 7-day, 24-hour on-call availability on a rotating basis.
- You will be working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, often in challenging conditions.
- Travel and on-call responsibilities for assigned areas and stations.
- Physical demands include lifting (50 lbs), climbing, and working in confined spaces or at heights.
