- **Your day-to-day**:
You will be tasked with producing appropriate baked goods, doughs and mixes on a daily basis as well as taking food orders, and preparing and serving the orders in a friendly and timely manner. You will also be tasked with handling any food related inquiries in a pleasant and knowledgeable way.
**Other tasks and duties may include**:

- Ensure proper food handling and storage.
- Follow production schedules and must maintain fridges, shelves and store floor well stocked with product
- Kitchen preparation for baking cookies and muffins daily; Baking Pies and Scones as needed
- Produce and work with doughs and make mixes for product
- Replace used stock, rotate current stock, and ensure satisfactory inventory levels
- Perform cash, debit and credit transactions using a POS.
- Ensure eatery conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
- Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standards Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, and other programs and initiatives

**What you bring**:

- Great communication skills
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility in availability, including working evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts.
- Food Handler’s Certificate is an asset
- Experience in a food handling environment is an asset
