**The Role**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting pre-operational safety checks on zipline equipment, platforms, and harnesses to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Greeting and welcoming guests, providing clear instructions on zipline procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assisting guests with fitting and adjusting harnesses, helmets, and other safety gear to ensure a secure and comfortable experience.
- Operating the zipline equipment, including launching and receiving guests safely on platforms.
- Monitoring zipline participants during their rides, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and instructions.
- Addressing guest concerns and questions in a friendly and informative manner, enhancing their overall experience.
- Coordinating with other zipline operators to maintain efficient and timely operations.
- Enforcing farm rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
- Keeping zipline launch and landing areas clean, organized, and presentable.

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift equipment and assist guests as needed.
- Comfortable working at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in ziplining, outdoor recreation, or customer service is a plus.
