Bosda International Inc. was incorporated in 2007 and focuses on aftermarket sales, product research and customer services in USA and Canada of wheel hub assemblies and bearings in the automotive industry. We have built two warehouses in Toronto Canada and Los Angeles USA to serve our valuable customers.

We are currently looking for a business operation associate to join our team in Aurora, Ontario.

Work Hour: (Monday to Friday) 9:00 AM - 5 PM with 1/2 hour lunch break

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Process and verify customer issued POs and generate company’s PO to suppliers.
- Make goods receipts and invoices, packing list;
- Issue credit to customers, request credit from suppliers, make shipping plan.
- Prepare and send Customs Clearance documents to Customs brokers;
- Plan, coordinate and arrange goods shipments (Ocean, air shipments), etc.
- Response customers’ inquiries/concerns/questions, resolve issues internally and/or from customers’ side, escalate unresolved issues to senior management and/or suppliers and follow-ups.
- Book keeping; process corporate monthly expense; monitoring merchandise and operation costs.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Extremely detailed oriented, strong work ethic, dependability and integrity.
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize work flow, and ensure deadlines are met
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills in Internet, Google and MS Office - Word, Excel and MS Outlook.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive.
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive environment.
- Fluent in speaking English and Chinese would be an asset.
- Working experience preferred but not mandatory
- **Education**: College diploma or equivalent and above.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
