**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Assist in the installation of cabinets, drywall, and other fixtures as needed.
- Perform masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting.
- Engage in heavy equipment operation for site preparation and material handling.
- Conduct restoration projects that require welding and carpentry skills.
- Collaborate with team members to complete construction estimates accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in skilled labor roles, particularly in construction or related fields.
- Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
- A commitment to safety practices on the job site.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
