Customer Success Specialist

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our SaaS products.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage account information effectively.
- Provide training and support to clients on product features and best practices to maximize their success.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding product updates, enhancements, and new features.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or account management within the financial services or SaaS industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking customer interactions and managing accounts.
- Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and improve customer outcomes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
