**JOB SUMMARY**:
Virtue Vintage is seeking a creative, outgoing, and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Sales & Social Media Associate. This dual-role position combines exceptional in-store customer service with engaging digital content creation. You'll assist customers in person while helping bring our brand to life online through social media. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Provide knowledgeable, personalized fashion advice.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Process purchases using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
- Assist with merchandising and inventory management, including restocking and arranging products.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the Store Manager.

Social Media & Content Creation
- Capture and create high-quality content (photos, videos, reels) to promote new arrivals, events, and in-store moments.
- Post regularly to Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms in line with the brand's tone and visual identity.
- Interact with the online community (comments, DMs, reposts).
- Participate in content (modeling, styling, behind-the-scenes footage).
- Support influencer outreach and collaborations.
- Stay current with social media trends and share creative ideas.

Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving store performance.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Experience**:

- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation is an asset.
- Familiarity with vintage fashion or streetwear is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in front of the camera and creative behind it.
- Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Instagram, TikTok tools).
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and social media platforms.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
