**Your New Role: Softscape Specialist**

**Your Focus**:

- Advanced pruning: shape shrubs and trees with precision tools.
- Refresh mulch layers, define clean bed lines, and manage organic debris.
- Install annuals, perennials, bulbs, and decorative accents.
- Suggest plant palettes, color schemes, and seasonal displays.
- General landscaping duties as needed.

**What You Bring**:

- Strong horticultural background: nursery, landscape, or botanical experience.
- Deep knowledge of local plant species, soil types, and best-practice softscape care.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for plant health and environmental challenges.
- Detail-oriented, with reliable record keeping and client communication.
- Ability to handle physical tasks: lifting, kneeling, and operating hand tools.
- Valid driver’s licence preferred.
