**We're Hiring: Part-Time E-Bike Sales Representative (Retail) - Toronto, ON**

We're looking for a **driven and experienced Part-Time Retail Sales Representative** to help customers find the perfect ride, deliver standout service, and close the deal. **Responsibilities**
- Welcome and engage customers in our retail showroom
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend e-bikes or e-scooters that best suit their lifestyle
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Handle test rides and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Close sales and process transactions accurately
- Assist with basic product setup and after-sale service coordination
- Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation

**What We’re Looking For**
- **2+ years of retail sales experience** (bike or automotive sales preferred)
- **Proven ability to close sales** and meet targets consistently
- A customer-first mindset and **outstanding communication skills**:

- Enthusiastic about e-mobility, sustainability, and tech
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays as needed
