We’re looking to add a motivated, reliable **Pest Control Technician** to our expanding company. Whether you're an experienced, licensed professional or someone eager to learn the trade, we want to hear from you

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in pest control is a **plus**, but **we're willing to train** the right person
- Valid driver's license with a **clean driver’s abstract** (required)
- Willingness to obtain a pest control license (we can help)
- **Construction knowledge** and ability to use hand tools is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills and a professional attitude

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect residential and commercial properties to detect pest infestations.
- Identify pest species and assess the extent of infestation.
- Design and implement targeted pest control strategies and treatment plans.
- Perform minor exclusion work and seal off entry points to prevent future infestations.
- Provide clients with guidance on pest issues and preventative measures.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, including treatment types and follow-up actions.

**Key Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of pest behavior, biology, and effective eradication techniques.
- Skilled in using hand tools and performing small-scale exclusion jobs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for locating infestation sources and determining appropriate treatments.
- High attention to detail to ensure thorough inspections and effective pest control solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to clearly explain findings and recommended actions.

**Summary**:
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Pest Control: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)
- Pest Control Technician Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
