INCASA Home Care Services is looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and proactive care Health Care Aide to be part of our team. We provide services to individuals of all ages and diagnoses. To be hired in this role, you must have completed your Health Care Aide program and be registered with Alberta’s HCA Directory. We are looking for caregivers with excellent communication skills, compassionate nature, and the flexibility to assist our clients in the home care setting. We are currently looking for an experienced Health Care Aide in Edmonton who has open availability**. Caregivers are required to have received two doses of the COVID vaccine. **You must be able to adapt to all types of people and circumstances and have the ability to help others remain calm and professional. By working with Incasa Home Care, you will be working with a growing home care agency where you will be valued and treated like family. Our Care Managers will be there to support our staff every step of the way.

Health Care Aide must have an open availability

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creates Happier Aging experiences for clients in-home and community settings
- Assists with ADL’s
- Medication assistance
- Healthy meal preparation
- Personal care
- Ambulation and exercises
- Light housekeeping
- Errands, companionship, transportation,
- Completing records accurately and carrying out all assignments as requested
- Must Drive

**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Home Care: 2 years (preferred)
- Dementia care: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Health Care Aide Certificate (preferred)
- Police Clearance ( Vulnerable Sector) (preferred)
- Cpr-First Aid (preferred)
- Drivers License (preferred)
