**Product Support Specialist**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Following-up with customer inquiries until fully resolved to the customer’s satisfaction
- Assist in preparation of excellent help documentation—both for internal use and customer use.
- Create help videos and perform occasional virtual demos to assist clients
- Coordinate RMA process
- Log customer calls.
- Provide backup for Sales Support and Order Entry in the event of overflow/increase demand
- Track and manage product-related issues
- Communicate and manage supplier issues
- Prepare summary data and regularly present findings to management
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of SonderCare products and their functionality

**Critical Skills** **and Requirements**:

- Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail, extremely organized, high level of accuracy
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Adept with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- 2+ years in a Customer Service or Product Support role
- Completion of Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical/Mechanical expertise is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
