Established in 1959, we are a full-service roofing and waterproofing contractor dedicated to building long term relationships with our customers through the installation, repair, & maintenance of industrial, commercial & institutional buildings. Our focus is on combining creative problem solving and unmatched customer service to exceed our customers’ expectations and creating a higher standard in the commercial roofing industry.

As a full-service roofing contractor, we have completed over $500 million of roofing/waterproofing construction in the Manitoba marketplace. We have grown from 2 employees and 1 asphalt kettle back in 1959 to more than 100 dedicated employees during peak season with more than 500 roofs under our RoofCare+ program.

Our RoofCare+ philosophy is simple, we want to provide ongoing value by helping our customers extend the life of their roof through annual inspections which allows us to catch small items before they turn into bigger issues.

We install, repair and maintain all types of flat roof systems including asphalt & gravel, modified bitumen (conventional, inverted and green roofing), roof coatings and single ply roofing systems such as EPDM, PVC and TPO.

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**

**Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Experience with sheet metal, cladding and aluminum systems
- Installation of cap flashing, commercial eavestrough and various other metals related to a project
- Attendance at pre-construction meetings may be required
- Material storage protection
- Be responsible for installations including but not limited to safety, housekeeping, and workmanship quality.
- Ensure that all safety equipment is properly utilized at the job site
- Provide exceptional customer service

**Requirements**:

- Driver’s license (class 5)
- Intermediate English skills
- Intermediate computer skills - Ability to use software and apps
- Ability to communicate with others effectively (verbal & written)
- Ability to lead & train new and existing crew members
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to follow safe work procedures
- Ability to operate construction machinery such as aerial lifts
- Ability to work long days, overtime and weekends when needed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the industry required.

**Physical demands**: This position may require occasional climbing, balancing, heavy lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to be on their feet for extended periods of time.
