KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Ø Shreds scrap corrugated into baler

Ø Maintains machinery as per employees training records

**COMPETENCIES**:
Ø Demonstrates good communication, leadership, takes initiative and teamwork skills

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Ø Certified forklift driver’s license (preferred)

Ø Safe Operating Training

Ø Warehouse experience

Ø Ability To lift a minimum of 25 Lbs.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Ø Ability to show teamwork, good housekeeping skills, promote a culture of health and safety.
GENERAL: Comply with all company policies (Food Safety/Quality Policy) and procedures (Personal Hygiene/GMP) in desire for continuous improvement, consistency in service, quality and value supplied to our customers.

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
