=== ⭐️ Requirements:

- Access to reliable transportation to get to and from lessons
- Able to work independently and diligently with low supervision
- A people-person who can work with both kids and more mature students
- University students, graduates, and those with RCM/Rockschool certification are encouraged to apply, but we welcome all individuals with a passion for music and teaching
- Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese is not required, but strongly preferred

=== ⭐️ Main Responsibilities:

- Cooperation with the Academy to ensure success of lesson promotions and student recitals
- Provide instruction using a credited curriculum (RCM, Rockschool, etc)
- Guide students towards musical success
- Promote the joy of playing and creating music
- Create a respective but fun environment
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to better reach their goals
- Arrive 5-10 minutes early before each lesson
