Your Opportunity:
As a Working Leader - Environmental, you will be responsible for monitoring and directing the day-to-day workload of the Environmental Services department and ensuring maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies. Your typical duties as the Environmental Working Leader may include developing and maintaining staff schedules; assigning and checking work of the Environmental Services department; assisting with equipment breakdown investigations and providing recommendations for repairs; and coordinating quality assurance functions. You will ensure quality and performance of cleaning tasks in accordance with AHS standards and practices.

Description:

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Physically capable to walk and/or stand for the duration of your shift, and perform repetitive physical movements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Ability to stand, walking, bending, climbing ladders, pushing, pulling, lifting to 30 lb. of force, knowledge of operating EVS machines to provide training to staff, and responsible for putting stocks of consumable and other supplies away.
