10 years Oil & Gas **Field Operator**
- The position requires:

- Full-time shift work
- An in-depth knowledge of production facilities including all areas of battery operations, compressor stations, well performance and storage facilities.
- Minimum 5 years oil and gas operating experience
- Collaborating with the engineering and construction team to build, commission, modify, and decommission facilities as necessary.
- Safely operating and maintaining gas plant and field equipment on a daily basis
- Maintaining a presence in the plant, field, and administrative areas to balance daily requirements and activities.
- Supporting and promoting safe work practices, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), reviewing, and validating personnel
- Identifying and recommending opportunities to increase production, reduce operating costs, and minimize downtime.
- Performing routine laboratory analysis and interpretive tasks related to a shallow-cut process system.
- Reporting production problems, downtime, and environmental or safety incidents daily
- Leading troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts
- Training, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating operator performance.
- Demonstrating awareness and compliance with all regulatory jurisdictions in a competent manner.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
- Valid H2S Alive, WHMIS, T.D.G, and First Aid
