**Job Purpose**
As a Marketing Associate in hematology/oncology, you will be supporting the brand marketing efforts as well as participating in the development of the marketing strategy and brand plan, marketing tools, digital & omni-channel campaigns as well as conference planning. It is a unique opportunity to work on a launch brand
**Details (Your Responsibilities)**:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to learn about marketing and participate in key activities to progress your career; these responsibilities include, but not limited to the following
**Brand Management**:
- Participate and support the brand planning and execution process, which encompasses a series of deliverables in preparation of strategic and operational plans, plans of action, messaging, etc.
- Support the execution of key brand marketing priorities by managing internal claims approvals in Content Lab and assisting in other tasks as needed.
- Support the development of unbranded and branded marketing tools.
**Omni-Channel and Digital Strategy**:
- Support the development and execution of uses journeys and omni-channel promotional tactics and tools to enhance brand strategy.
- Own the digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer insights.
- Explore new digital tactics and tools to bring innovation to the brand and increase engagement amongst HCPs.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize customer journeys across channels.
- Measure and track performance of key digital tactics and rapidly evolve content, channels, and promotional mix to drive performance and optimize strategic and operational plans.
**Others**:
- Manage communications and relationships with vendors (e.g. creative agency) to advance and deliver projects in proposed deadlines.
- Lead conference sponsorship process with third-party organizations and internal partners
- Collaborate internally across brands and BU to share best practices to optimize brand and organizational success

**Basic Qualifications**:
- We are looking for professionals with these required skills:_
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- This role requires a good understanding of marketing principles as well as scientific and medical information
- Reliability and punctuality (high level of professionalism)
- Effective time management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities of increasing scope and complexity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, passionate, committed, invested in the business
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong planning & organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to identify problems early and seek innovative solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- MBA
- Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
- Specific training in marketing
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bilingualism (English / French)
