Your primary mission will be to identify, engage, and secure high-value partnerships with major corporations seeking exceptional event production and entertainment. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Proactively research and identify ideal corporate client profiles and key decision-makers within target industries (e.g., tech, finance, advertising, large corporations) in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. - **Needs Assessment & Solution Crafting**: Conduct in-depth discovery calls and visioning sessions with potential clients to thoroughly understand their event objectives, challenges, and desired "immersive experience," working collaboratively to conceptualize tailored event production and entertainment solutions. - **Proposal Development & Presentation**: With support from management, create compelling, customized proposals that clearly outline our services, highlight the unique benefits, and present clear investment options. Confidently present solutions to corporate decision-makers, articulating value and addressing objections. - **Negotiation & Closing**: Lead contract negotiations, finalize terms, and effectively close high-ticket opportunities. - **Seamless Client Handoff**: Ensure a thorough and detailed handover of all client requirements and project specifics to our internal production team post-sale, guaranteeing smooth execution and client satisfaction. - **Post-Event Follow-Up & Relationship Nurturing**: Maintain strong relationships with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction, gather testimonials, and identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships. - **CRM Management**: Diligently utilize our CRM system to track all sales activities, manage pipelines, log client interactions, and maintain accurate records. - **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and corporate event needs to continuously refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. **Who You Are**: - **Experienced Sales Hunter**: You have a proven track record (5+ years preferred) in B2B sales, specifically with a history of successfully closing large-scale corporate clients. Experience in event production, entertainment, hospitality, or related fields is a significant asset. - **Results-Oriented & Self-Motivated**: You thrive in an autonomous, commission-based environment and are driven by the thrill of closing deals and exceeding targets.
