Personal Support Workers (PSW) - In-Home Community Care

**Position**: Full Time, Part Time

Team Choice is looking for reliable, dedicated and compassionate PSW's, HSW's, HCA's and Foreign Trained Nurses to provide exceptional in home care for our clients using their acquired skills and are willing to travel to see patients within their community (We require access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license). Become an active member in planning for your client's care with the assistance of the nurse manager. **Duties and Responsibilities**: Include, but are not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, assisting with mobility, light housekeeping and effective reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent (HSW, HCA, RPN, RN, foreign trained health professional) - Required
- Valid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
- Have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle - Required
- Able to proficiently communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset
- Previous experience as a PSW
- Access to internet/mobile phone
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccinations
- Must have high energy and excellent communication skills
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
