We are hiring a Program Manager You are responsible for supporting the Senior Program Manager with client relationship management and the ongoing management of specialty drug programs. You have a strong understanding of operational flows, market information, and program performance and are able to lead internal teams to ensure program deliverables are achieved. You are responsible for managing various aspects of manufacturer programs based on product lifecycle, complexity of services, client requirements, and product performance in market. **What you will do**: - Manage program deliverables on time and within scope - In partnership with Senior Program Manager, manage communication with clients - Ensure program objectives are met - Provide a consistent, effective operating structure for program teams - Leadership of stakeholders to ensure understanding and ownership of deliverables - Organize internal and external resources - Identify risks and communicate appropriately with senior management to develop risk mitigation plan - Ensure business decisions are made in consultation with appropriate representation from all impacted functional areas - Facilitate meetings to keep team members engaged, motivated, and on task - Provide a collaborative environment for issues to be discussed and resolved effectively and appropriately, and with buy-in from all stakeholders - Manage the effective utilization of resources assigned to the program team, and proactively communicate resource capacity and shortages - Responsible for overseeing processes and work flows to ensure patient journey through the program is aligned with business objectives, client, and patient and prescriber satisfaction - Work with the team to ensure all the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs for the client and department are achieved - Review processes, workflows, and efficiencies to drive business success - Work with Quality Assurance team to monitor, coach and provide training to staff. Review practices, provide insight with an aim to maximize best approach to deliver on SDM Specialty Heath - Report all Adverse Events (AE) and Product Technical Complaints (PTC) immediately or as soon as possible upon becoming aware of the event as per current policies and procedures. - Bilingualism is an asset **What you will need**:
