RTB is seeking highly motivated and experienced personal trainers to join our team in our private gym. Our gym offers a unique opportunity for trainers to build their own business within our facility, with full control over their time, rates, and client base.

**Responsibilities**:
Create and implement individualized training programs for clients based on their goals, fitness levels, and medical history

Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions and small group training sessions

Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals

Maintain accurate records of client progress and provide regular progress updates

Build and maintain a client base through marketing efforts and word-of-mouth referrals

Collaborate with other trainers and gym staff to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all members

**Requirements**:
Nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM,ISSA,CSEP etc.)

2+ years of experience in personal training

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to create and implement individualized training programs

Passion for fitness and helping clients achieve their goals

Reliable, punctual, and professional
